We are highly experienced in preparing court processes of all types (originating processes, defence processes, interlocutory and appellate processes) in respect of various matters at all the superior courts of record in Nigeria, and we represent clients in contentious matters before courts of record in Nigeria.

We also undertake arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, particularly mediation, on behalf of our clients. We are conversant with major arbitration rules like ICC and LCIA rules and mediation instruments such as the Singapore Convention.
