Adeayo, an Associate at Goldlex Legal, is a vibrant young lawyer with a keen interest in developing innovative legal solutions to diverse client needs. She provides legal advisory, regulatory and transaction support, and litigation services to clients. She also represents clients in proceedings before the courts in Nigeria. She had previously served as a legal officer of a B2B Startup in which role she worked closely with the founding team and management in navigating and resolving the day-to-day legal and administrative issues in the company.

She has been involved in drafting transaction documents and court processes and has had sole appearances in litigation matters before courts of record in Nigeria.

She obtained her LL.B. from Bowen University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar
